RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you wish to return an item, you must do so within 30 days of receiving your order. Only products purchased on the website can be exchanged or refunded.
You can make your request from your customer account on our website: https://www.helvetica-mp.com.
To exchange an item, follow these steps:
Specify what you want: refund or exchange (in the second case, please specify the size and colour).
Within 24 hours you will receive a shipping voucher by e-mail. The product must be returned in its original packaging (house, hanger depending on the model), unworn, unwashed, without any smell (perfume, cigarette, kitchen) and with its original labels not detached from the product.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will exchange it or refund it if the above conditions are met.
If it is not in conformity, we will be obliged to refuse your return or to proceed to a partial refund according to the damage noted.
Once your parcel is prepared, all you have to do is stick the HELVETICA Mountain Pioneers transport voucher on it. You will then have to drop it off at the UPS relay point of your choice.
As soon as we receive your return, we will examine the product and then issue a refund or exchange.
The return shipping costs are free for an exchange, they remain at the customer's expense in case of refund.
When you return an item, the amount of your refund and how it is issued may vary depending on the condition of the item and the method of payment used.
The refund will be credited to the bank/PayPal account associated with the method of payment used for your purchase, within 24-48 hours (working days) of receipt of your return.
You will be refunded within a maximum of 5 to 7 days. Your refund will be visible on the original payment method until 7 working days after the refund.
Please note: Once a returned item has been processed by us, it cannot be returned to you.
